Stared of the Friday with meetings. First one was with Carter Thomas and the Bluecloud members. Then Mycal Anders and I linked up to shoot the Feed Me Fuel Me Podcast with our special guest Mike Arce Owner of Loud Rumor and The GSD Show. That was a very fun episode. We got really deep into mindset. Finished the night with the ladies of Crossfit PHX. They all smoked me in the workout! Thanks for the push Marissa, Kelsey, Sue, Bethany, and Coach Caroline 🙂
